Booking Info

Your Account

Getting Started

  • All guests attending need their own account in order to be officially added to the reservation, make payments, and check in for the cruise.
  • The Account is your personal profile, a hub for your reservation, and a place to manage your trip.

How do I book a cabin?

Step 1: Select the number of adults staying in your cabin.

  • Cabins are available for occupancies of 1, 2, 3, or 4 adults. You will be able to add your cabinmate(s) during booking.

Step 2: Select your cabin by deck or by category.

  • If you know what cabin number or what deck you want, choose the deck from the list to see all available cabins on that deck.
  • If you are not sure choose the category type and then check out which decks have the category you are looking for.
  • Be sure to have a few back up choices in case your first choice is sold out.

Step 3: Add a Carbon Offset.

  • By purchasing a Carbon Offset, you are offsetting the emissions from your personal travel to the event (your carbon footprint). These support Trees, Water & People and offer an opportunity to reduce your environmental impact.
  • These items can be added during the booking process or at a later date based on availability.

Step 4: Review your reservation.

  • You can remove add-ons by clicking the word “Remove” below the item. Hit “Check Out” once your reservation is all set.

Step 5: Add your cabinmates(s).

  • You will see your information listed as Guest 1 (aka the “Lead Guest”). Below, add your cabinmate(s) information for Guest 2. If you do not know who your cabinmate(s) will be at the time of booking, no worries! Check the box “Will provide name later” but note you will still need to cover their deposit at the time of booking. Please see the name addition/change fee schedule if choosing not to add a specific cabinmate at the time of booking.

Step 6: Choose how to pay.

  • You can choose to pay for the entire reservation or split payment with your cabinmate(s). Choose to pay in full or take advantage of our automatic monthly payment plan for a one-time $25 fee. A credit card is required for all payments.

Step 7: Accept Terms & Conditions.

  • Enter your card information and acknowledge automatic billing if you are joining the payment plan.

Step 8: Protect your reservation.

  • After you complete your booking, you will be directed to a page which allows you to purchase travel insurance. You are welcome to purchase insurance from anyone, but we’ve done the legwork for you. We have partnered with IMG to provide plans that cover the per person cost of your reservation. To ensure you are fully covered, you will want each guest to have their own plan purchased.

** You will be sent an email later this fall with a booking date and time to select your seat for Matt’s theater shows.

What if I have accessibility needs?

  • If you need accommodations with specific ADA cabin amenities (such as toilet height, bed height, door widths, a roll-in shower, etc.), please contact the Accessibility Coordinator as far in advance as possible.
  • If you have mobility issues but do not need a roll-in shower, please make note of your mobility needs in your medical notes of your account and also contact the Accessibility Coordinator as early as possible.
  • Wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and amphibious beach chairs (designed to travel over sand and into the water) can be rented and delivered to the port through Special Needs At Sea.
  • Contact the Accessibility Coordinator below with any questions or concerns.

  • Passport Card
  • Original copy of a state issued Birth Certificate. If your Birth Certificate has footprints on it, it will not be accepted (these are hospital issued certificates) and government photo I.D.

Failure to possess the required travel documents may prevent you from being able to travel; in such event, no refunds shall be provided to you.

If you have questions regarding your travel documents, you should contact Customs and Border Protection.
